Abundant Solutions- Claremore is seeking a skilled Radial Drill Operator to support production in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating radial drill machines to drill, tap, and bore holes in metal components according to precise specifications.

We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate radial drill machines to drill, tap, and bore holes in metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Set up machines, including positioning and securing materials
• Select proper tools, speeds, and feeds for each job
• Measure and verify dimensions using calipers, tape measures, and gauges
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating radial drill or similar machinery preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable and consistent attendance

Work Environment

• Manufacturing / shop environment
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial conditions
• Standing, lifting, and physical activity required
