Part-Time Marketing & Engagement Coordinator

Position Summary

The Marketing & Engagement Coordinator supports our brokerage's marketing, recruiting, and agent engagement efforts. This part-time position works closely with the Broker and Director of Operations to help promote our brand, support our agents, and communicate our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

• Create and schedule social media content.
• Monitor Social Media approvals and messages.
• Assist with print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and promotional materials. Including monthly ads.
• Help maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing efforts.
• Promote company events

Recruiting Support

• Assist with marketing initiatives designed to attract new agents.
• Create recruiting materials and promotional content.

Agent Engagement & Culture

• Help promote company meetings, training opportunities, and agent recognition.
• Support efforts that strengthen company culture and encourage agent participation.
• Serve as a resource for agents by encouraging engagement with the company's CRM and helping them utilize its tools and features effectively.

Digital Marketing

• Assist the broker with Google Ads and other online marketing initiatives.
• Help monitor marketing performance and engagement.
