Senior Project Manager IT - Innovation & System Project Management Location: UCHealth UCHlth Catalyst Bldg Denver, US:CO:Denver Department: UCHlth Innovation Sys Proj Mgt Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $48.56 - $72.84 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This is a hybrid role, in-office 3 days a week at the Catalyst Building. Regional travel is required. Summary Manages complex information technology projects for assigned infrastructure, functions or customers. Responsibilities Develops project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives for complex projects. Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs. Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success. Manages project team members. Serves as a mentor and facilitates conflict resolution. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements High School diploma or GED. 4 years of relevant experience.
