Trent Thompson State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members, managing appointment scheduling and office communications, assisting in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records, providing excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, comfortable with engaging in sales conversations, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Flexible schedule, pick the hours you work Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. No experience needed, perfect for someone going to school, stay at home parent, etc. Compensation: $12.25 - $14.50 per hour.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Inver Grove Heights. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
