QA Inspector

Responsible for all qualityinspection andchecksincluding but not limited to 3-Tier Dimensional, Length, Surface, Go Gauge Fit, Color, Bow,andImpact Te Responsible for guidingacceptand reject decisions. Notifiesextrusionteamsof substandard productionresultsandworks with cross-functional teams to improve the production process. Responsible for collecting data and monitoring samples according to VEKA Standards. Evaluatesextruded products toassistin developing Tooling Maintenance Requests (TMR). Performsall AAMA 3O3 testing and document testing results.
