Job Description Summary

Alcon is looking to hire a Supervisor to join our Manufacturing Team at Johns Creek, GA in United States. You will be responsible for Manufacturing Production manages or assists with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Production manages or assists with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.) including:
• Liaising with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources
• Planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions

• Planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
