Contact Center Recruiter

Location: Savannah, GA Position: Contact Center Recruiter Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles, including agents, team leads, and support staff. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events. Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Qualifications Associate’s Degree, Certification or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience. 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously. All MCI Locations Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
