Key Responsibilities Pull through one slow-to-anger visual idea across web, print, and the Caldwell, ID storefront Refine messaging and visuals using performance data and audience insight Cut a sixty-second story to fifteen without amputating the point Edit raw footage and audio into share-ready stories for multiple platforms Fold accessibility into the first sketch, not the final QA pass Reconcile legal's caveats with a layout that still breathes What You'll Bring The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support senior teammates Comfort with full-time arrangements and the rhythms of a question-everything workplace Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team Comfort owning creative decisions in an ID market A collaborator who makes the senior review feel less like an exam A Caldwell grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly BDO blends Principle and Adobe After Effects expertise to deliver autonomy-driven outcomes for clients in Caldwell, ID. Collaboration over heroics is our default, and we'd rather win as a group than burn anyone out. Take $76,000 - $110,000, add a mentor invested in your rise, layer on benefits and remote options, and that is the BDO offer in one breath.
