Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Benefits Flexible and Full‑Time Schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends till 5pm) Full‑time benefits eligible after an average of 20+ hours, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending Company paid life and accidental death insurance Exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for traveling between properties or other work‑related tasks Performance‑based bonuses for Property Managers Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities Assess customers’ storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations Help customers keep payments current and make reminder and collection calls when necessary Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk extensively in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments; includes climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and debris removal Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from customer‑service based sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation : Required to have a valid driver’s license and utilize their own vehicle to travel between work locations or conduct other work‑related business.
