About The Forest at Duke

For over 30 years, The Forest at Duke's team has provided a caring, responsible community that fosters the independence of residents of retirement age by enhancing their capability to lead purposeful, active, healthy and secure lives.

As a Housekeeper and a Forest Team Member, you'll help support this mission by maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and beauty of the facility and resident homes.

What we're looking for in our next Team Member...

Prior experience at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and/or previous housekeeping experience is highly desired.
Ability communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
Team player; happy to help others when needed.
