Assistant City Attorney

The State of Florida, through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Office of the General Counsel, Division of Professions, seeks an Attorney to prosecute violations for licensed professions under Chapter 455 and related acts. The Attorney will draft pleadings, negotiate settlements, review rule packages, respond to inquiries, and handle discovery in administrative proceedings before the Division of Administrative Hearings and the agency's informal hearing officer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
