Position Overview:

Our top sales performers have two qualities that set them apart from all others and allow them to create exponentially higher monthly commissions:

• They have a process of relentless follow up with prospects that extends over time.
• They utilize social media to reach out to leads sources and develop relationships with related businesses and potential customers. 

Responsibilities:  

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
