Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00–19:30, with every other weekend and some holidays required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across ICU settings including Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, and Trauma Surgery units
• Deliver nursing care to IMC, Progressive, and General care populations as needed
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias and heart blocks
• Float to other units as required based on patient care needs
• Adhere to all facility compliance standards, policies, and clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of two years of inpatient acute care experience in the ICU specialty within the last three years
• Must pass a telemetry examination prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms required)
• Travelers must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple ICU subspecialties (e.g., Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery)
• Familiarity with progressive and intermediate care patient populations
• Prior travel nursing experience in a large academic or teaching hospital environment
