Job Description

Pizzarama Drive-In has proudly served friends and families in New London since 1962. As a family-owned restaurant and local landmark, we take pride in serving great food and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

We are seeking an experienced Server / Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
Answer menu questions and make recommendations
Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders
Process payments and handle transactions accurately
Uphold cleanliness and food safety standards
Assist with opening, closing, and side work as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
Previous experience as a Server, Waitress, Waiter, or Front-of-House Team Member preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and rotating schedules
