Hybrid remote or remote! 1800 billables Amazing bonus program Supportive staff Friendly team Organized firm Great technology Job Details As a Associate Attorney with our well-established firm, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Providing legal representation to clients in insurance defense cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, and preparing and arguing motions. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop legal strategies and tactics for complex cases. Participating in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, as well as potential legal risks and opportunities. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the field of insurance defense. Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards, as well as firm policies and procedures. Qualifications To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must meet the following qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense, with a proven track record of success. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, with strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. High level of integrity and professional ethics. Proficiency in using legal software and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
