Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing patient scheduling and overseeing daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily patient scheduling to optimize appointment flow and minimize wait times

Coordinate with dental providers and staff to maintain an efficient office schedule

Supervise front desk and administrative staff, ensuring high standards of customer service

Oversee patient communications including appointment reminders and follow-ups

Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment scheduling if needed

Collaborate with the office manager and dental team to implement office policies and procedures

Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and patient concerns proactively

Qualifications:

Previous dental assisting experience preferred, with knowledge of clinical and administrative duties

Demonstrated experience in managing patient scheduling and office workflow

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
