Senior Quality EngineerIn this Senior Quality Engineer role, you will design and implement standards for inspecting and testing to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. You will lead PFMEA activities, MRB processes, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, customers, and suppliers to meet requirements. You drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce risk and improve quality. This is an impact-focused position at a Camden, AR site, shaping hardware quality and program outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and implement inspection methods and quality requirements for assigned areaLead PFMEA efforts to quantify and reduce riskManage Material Review Board activities and disposition of nonconforming hardwareCoordinate HAR, ADP, and QDCC documentation and processesPerform internal process audits to ensure compliance with planning and requirementsInterface with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on quality issuesDrive corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvementEnsure program quality cost accounting and supplier corrective actionsKey requirementsBachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and minimum 6 years of relevant engineering experience; or Graduate Degree with at least 4 years; or 10 years without a degreeExperience with PFMEA, MRB, HAR, AS9102, and quality system requirementsAbility to obtain US Security ClearanceASQ certification (preferred)Experience with Lean inspection methods and statistical data analysisProficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BICollaborative communication with cross-functional teamsProblem solving and analytical thinkingInitiative and ownershipPFMEAMRBAS9102 First Article Inspection
