As a BCBA, you'll be a vital resource in helping students succeed both academically and behaviorally, while also supporting teachers and school staff with proven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and educational assessments to identify challenging behaviors and set meaningful goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based, non-aversive strategies.
• Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and related staff in ABA techniques to ensure consistency and treatment integrity.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff, addressing concerns and promoting professional growth.
• Collaborate with IEP teams and present behavioral progress at IEP meetings.
• Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to measure effectiveness and ensure compliance.
• Act as a clinical leader in the school settingobserving, assessing, and guiding educational and behavioral service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (BACB-certified and active).
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and applied behavior analysis principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, staff, and families.
• Current CPR certification and health/TB clearance (as required).
• Meets all federal, state, and local requirements for school-based employment.
