Magnolia Dental Studio is seeking an experienced general dentist to lead clinical care in a newly refreshed, modern practice environment. Position Overview

• Sole provider model with clinical independence
• 6 operatories (2 hygiene, 4 operative) in a newly renovated space
• State-of-the-art technology, including CBCT and PrimeScan
• Supported by 1 to 2 dental assistants and 1 hygienist

• Exposure to implants, clear aligners, and same-day dentistry preferred
• Adaptability, initiative, and a proactive approach to practice growth

Compensation

• Daily rate starts at $850, 32% of net production, Practice-paid lab fees
