FieldBridge is looking for an Equipment Readiness Technician in Midland, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $21.00/hour. Rotation: 14 days on / 6 days off. 12-hour shifts rotating between days and nights (7 days / 7 nights). Great OT opportunity. At $21/hr and 84 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,226 gross.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Equipment Readiness Technician to support the preparation, staging, and shipment of oilfield equipment at the Midland, TX facility. In this role, you will assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer with equipment preparation for jobs, verify certification and calibration status, execute work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System, and ensure all associated documentation is accurate and complete. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-site training provided, ideal for a motivated candidate with a warehouse or industrial background who is looking to build a long-term career in oilfield equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment preparation for jobs including verifying certification and calibration status and organizing required documentation such as inspection records, function tests, and material certifications
• Execute work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System ensuring compliance with standard work and data accuracy
• Prepare equipment and associated critical spares for shipment and stage to pre-determined locations or loading zones
• Load and unload equipment onto trucks and into shipping crates using standard and specialty forklifts
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity in equipment readiness, cost of service delivery, and asset utilization

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior oilfield experience required
• Forklift operation experience preferred; training provided if needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually and participate in team lifts up to 100 pounds
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, integrity, and reliability
• Willingness to learn and flexibility with shifting priorities and schedules
• Must be available for 14 days on / 6 days off rotation including day and night shifts
• On-site interview required
