Job Title: Property ManagerReports To: Regional ManagerPosition SummaryThe Property Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and physical performance of the community. This role leads onsite team members, drives occupancy and revenue goals, ensures compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations, and maintains a high standard of resident experience and property condition. The Property Manager oversees daily operations including leasing performance, financial management, team development, and vendor coordination to ensure the community operates efficiently and meets ownership expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee daily property operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and compliance with company policiesProvide leadership and direction to leasing, maintenance, and administrative team membersEnsure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all resident and prospect interactionsMaintain strong communication with the Regional Manager regarding property performance and operational needsFinancial Performance & Budget ManagementManage the property budget, including monitoring revenue, expenses, and financial reportingAnalyze occupancy trends, leasing performance, and market conditions to support revenue growthOversee rent collections, delinquency management, and payment plan coordinationAssist with annual budget preparation and implement cost-control strategies where appropriateLeasing & Revenue StrategyPartner with the leasing team to drive occupancy and revenue goalsMonitor leasing performance, traffic trends, closing ratios, and marketing effectivenessEnsure pricing, availability, and leasing strategies align with market conditions and company goalsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and develop onsite team members to support a high-performing communityConduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedbackPromote a collaborative, accountable, and positive team cultureEnsure all team members understand operational expectations, policies, and compliance standardsCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate and unbiased documentation and reporting in property management systemsOversee file compliance, lease documentation, and operational proceduresAddress resident concerns and resolve escalated issues professionally and efficientlyMaintenance & Vendor ManagementOversee property condition and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on service standards, inspections and preventative maintenanceEnsure the community meets cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal standardsManage vendor relationships and ensure services are performed according to contract and company expectationsQualificationsRequired:3+ years of multifamily property management experienceProven leadership experience managing onsite teamsStrong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management complianceExperience managing budgets, financial reporting, and rent collectionsProficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, or similar)Office hours: M-F 9am to 6pm Saturday 10am to 4pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
