- Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hr based on location and client needs
- Locations: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Cottonwood, Sedona
- $17.00-$19.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Direct deposit
- $700 caregiver referral bonus
- Paid holidays at 1.5x your rate
- Sick leave accrual and paid training

- 401(k) matching (eligibility applies)
- Mileage reimbursement between same-day visits
- Apply and be hired by October 16, 2026, and be included in our performance bonus plan and earn up to $300 bonus (must meet visit frequency requirements; bonus will be paid out to Care Pros in good standing after 30, 60, and 90 days after eligible to work date). More details available upon hire.
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support daily routines and independence at home
- Consistent clients and predictable schedules
- Fast placement for qualified caregivers
- 24/7 support team
- Easy mobile app for schedules and pay tracking
- Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to complete required compliance or licensing steps
