Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and encouragement to students, both one-on-one and in groups
• Support development and maintenance of a safe, supportive, and respectful classroom culture
• Help track students’ progress and communicate behavioral observations to appropriate staff
• Adapt to daily needs and maintain flexibility as student requirements evolve
