Business Development Executive- Capital Markets

Business Development Executive / Capital Markets Wipro’s Capital Markets sector provides industry‑leading IT services and solutions to global clients, including Investment Management and Asset Servicing, Global Markets, Wealth Management, Data Management, Post‑trade Services and Risk and Compliance. The role focuses on hunting and developing new logos within the Capital Markets sector, with a target to close $10‑20M + in revenue annually over a two‑year span. Role & Responsibilities Create a go‑to‑market plan to identify, open, and grow new logo accounts in Capital Markets. Identify key decision makers in client organizations to develop and strengthen relationships and become trusted advisors. Showcase Wipro’s solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps, and strategy meetings. Utilize alliances (cloud, digital, etc.) and external partnerships to identify joint solution opportunities for customers. Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities and those in the pipeline. Achieve new MSA signings and continue to grow the account for 24 months from first booking. Qualifications Senior Business Development Executive (Hunter) with proven history of breaking new logo accounts and scaling growth within the Capital Markets and financial services sector. Broad experience selling various IT services portfolios across client service lines such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and others. Demonstrated quota achievement in complex selling environments using an IT solution‑selling model. Ability to monitor sales trends around target new clients and market dynamics and incorporate them into existing business‑development strategy plans. Compensation: expected range from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00, depending on location, minimum wage, skills and relevant experience.
