Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance MechanicMaintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing and maintaining all assets within the production facility. In this role, the Maintenance Mechanic must identify, troubleshoot and repair problems that occur in production equipment and processes.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairsSchedule and conduct preventive maintenanceGenerate and complete work orders as assignedOverhaul and install new equipmentRebuild and fabricate partsManage parts inventory to ensure adequate inventoryPerform equipment change-overs and production line set-upsMaintain clean and safe work area at all timesProtect the integrity and quality of product at all timesJob Requirements:High school diploma, GED or equivalent requiredTechnical degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering preferred1-3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience requiredKnowledge of Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) preferredDemonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitudeStrong analytical, organizational and problem solving skillsBasic proficiency with computer applicationsMust be able to work nights, weekends or other irregular hours as required by business needsEligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, scholarship opportunities, and more.Background Verification: Employment with Coke Northeast is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background verification.
