Senior Benefits & HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities Lead administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave management, and wellness initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and escalations. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, benefits regulations, and company policies. Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and total rewards programs. Manage benefits open enrollment processes, vendor relationships, and annual benefits communications. Analyze HR and benefits data to identify trends and recommend program improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant responsibility in benefits administration and employee relations. Strong knowledge of benefits regulations including FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and Wisconsin employment laws. Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
