Permit Administrator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with permit agencies/joint pole/structure owner(s) and other 3rd parties. Inform internal team of permit statuses and associated timelines. Analyze construction and design plans to identify required permits across city, county, state, and federal agencies, including and pole-owning utilities—for both aerial and underground installations. Process permit payments, maintain financial tracking logs, and ensure all invoicing is accurate, timely, and properly recorded Ability and willingness to travel to various locations. Keeping a clean and organized work station physically and virtually. Time management; prioritizing work and documenting tasks. High attention to detail. Punctual for daily start time and meetings. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel and Word) – Intermediate skill level.
