Your Role as an RN:

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Coordinate and oversee quality care services
Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote restorative care and resident independence
Advocate for resident dignity, comfort, and safety
Ensure compliance with facility standards and nursing regulations
Support a positive and professional team environment

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
