Programs offer children a springboard to life’s adventures by using movement‑based learning and imaginative play to build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As part of the Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. We are looking for fun, outgoing, talented individuals who are eager to make a difference in their community. What We Expect From You… Teach amazing classes for children ages 4 months to 3 years based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we will train you). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our members like family. Help keep our facility at the highest cleaning standards for the health and safety of our families. You’d fit in here if… You’re open to being a goofball and love giving high fives; a background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is a plus. You live to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good. Children and their parents like you, and you can walk away when you feel it’s time to buckle down. You already have experience working with children and know it is your passion. You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
