Front Desk Coordinator (Medical Office)

Full-Time | Day Shift | Stable Schedule

We’re partnering with a well-established, small medical practice seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and values consistency and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and managing check-in/check-out
• Entering and verifying insurance information
• Collecting copays
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering incoming calls
• Preparing for the day ahead and staying ahead of patient flow
• Pulling patient charts as needed
• Tracking and calculating daily charges

What the Role is Like

• Fast-paced, hands-on environment — the day moves quickly
• High ownership — your role directly impacts the flow of the office
• Consistent patient volume (typically around 20 patients/day)
• Team-oriented setting with strong support nearby

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: Shorter day (typically wrapping up early afternoon)

This schedule allows time each morning to prepare before patients begin arriving.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $17/hour
• Up to $18–$19/hour for candidates with strong front office medical experience
