Assistant Manager

The Wendy's brand is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring top-notch customer experience.

Lead a multi-talented team

  • Identify and recruit 5-Star talent to create a stellar team
  • Provide coaching and development to enhance team performance
  • Create a fun and inviting work environment that values every team member
  • Ensure fresh food and excellent service to exceed customer expectations
  • Drive store sales and profit goals through effective leadership

What you bring to the table:

  • Prior experience in leading people, preferably in a foodservice environment
  • High school diploma or GED (additional education or military background is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
  • Flexible work availability

You're willing and able to:

  • Travel to different locations as required
  • Handle physical tasks like standing for long periods and lifting weights
  • Work in various weather conditions
  • Operate restaurant equipment efficiently
