ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of 11. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member for my mother, who is also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for customer service, community involvement, and what it takes to build a successful agency.

I’m a graduate of University of Hawaiʻi and have spent my life in the same community I now serve. Being a local resident with deep roots in the area allows me to stay connected to the people and organizations that make our community special. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We participate in and support a variety of local events throughout the year and believe strongly in giving back to the community that supports us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandon Kim - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
