Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
