Sterile Processing Tech The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred Experience with all types of sterilizers Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage Life and AD&D coverage Availability of short- and long-term disability Flexible financial benefits including FSAs and HSAs 401(k) and access to retirement planning Paid holidays and vacation Hourly Wage Range: $26.47-31.34 per hour.
