Customer Care Specialist

- Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr
- Commission:
- $15 per customer you bring into the dealership
- $20 per customer that buys
- After 90 days: $25 per Show and $25 per Sold
- Earnings typically align with the national BDC average of $38,000-$55,000+ annually, depending on performance.

- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries
- Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates
- Re-engage missed and no-show customers
- Contact customers regarding current marketing incentives
- Provide product information and highlight key features
- Maintain organized follow-up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
- Automotive experience helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
