Your Mission

Ensure every finished steel part leaving our doors meets customer specs. You’ll compare parts against work orders, validate measurements with a tape measure, and apply a clean finish using a hand-held grinder. You’ll sign off with confidence and keep the area ready for the next shift.

How You’ll Contribute

1. Complete final visual inspections and assemble parts for shipment.
2. Use a hand-held grinder frequently to put the finishing touches on components.
3. Read measurements accurately and interpret work orders.
4. Confirm accuracy and document sign-off for each order.
5. Work actively—lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day.
6. Maintain an orderly workstation for seamless handoffs.
7. Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

What It Takes

• Entry level—no manufacturing or production experience needed.
• Comfort following written and verbal instructions.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to protocols.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, positive attitude, and excellent verbal communication.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Physical Reality of the Role

This job is based in a manufacturing shop with ongoing exposure to noise, chemicals, and common industrial materials. It’s a physically demanding position requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and tolerate extended periods of standing, bending, and kneeling.

Work Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
