PM Technician

Becton Dickinson seeks a PM Technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment at their Canaan, Connecticut facility. The role involves machine inspection, component repair, and mentoring other technicians while maintaining compliance with maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

Execute preventive maintenance tasks on production lines per established schedule
Clean, inspect, lubricate, repair, and replace machine components
Rebuild machines and subassemblies to ensure proper functionality
Guide and train technicians on maintenance procedures and component repair
Document completed maintenance tasks in SAP system

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
3 years of technical experience in industrial setting
Machine maintenance and equipment repair knowledge
Ability to use SAP maintenance management system
Training and mentoring capability for technicians
