Job Title
Professionally answer phone calls in a timely manner.
Screen and direct phone calls to appropriate staff.
Take messages and schedule appointments.
Determine the purpose of each caller and direct them as appropriate.
Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks.
Perform other job related tasks as directed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Organized with attention with detail.
