Job Details Job Location: Miami, FL 33181 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: Master's Degree Salary Range: $45.00 - $45.00 per hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide a full range of counseling services, including presentation of the Safety Program to assigned schools. Maintain current knowledge of compliance measures, reporting requirements, and best practices for all programs in the department. Provide counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Participate in community outreach and represent the agency through clinical presentations, trainings, and outreach activities. Attend and support agency fundraising events such as Milk & Honey and Matzah Mitzvah, and volunteer for additional events as needed. Operate flexibly at different assigned locations and adjust schedule to program needs, crises, and exceptional situations. Participate in in‑service training as assigned by the supervisor. Meet agency expectations of clinical quantitative and evaluative standards. Engage in regular supervision with the supervisor. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely fashion. Use statistical and data reporting tools in accordance with agency policy and confidentiality procedures. Assist in the delivery and implementation of the Safety Program. Participate in quality improvement activities and continuous monitoring of service outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree in a major mental health discipline. LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Florida (preferred). Minimum of three (3) years post‑degree experience (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with EHR software. Superior clinical skills grounded in best practices. Knowledge of cultural issues and proven sensitivity to diverse client populations. Knowledge of co‑occurring disorders. Ability to work effectively with colleagues, supervisees, and administrators. Bilingual (preferred). Commitment to the purpose and goals of Jewish Community Services. Valid Florida driver’s license with proof of insurance; must own a car and be able to travel within Miami‑Dade County.
