As a Truss Assembler, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. Pay Range: 1st Shift - $16

Shift: 1st -6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Shift: 1st -6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 3rd - 8:00pm - 5:30 am, Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Safely produce various building products by assembling trusses and other components
• Sort and organize cut materials for efficient workflow
• Build trusses using hand tools, both powered and manual
• Stack finished products for shipment or storage
• Use hand tools such as hammers and read engineered drawings accurately

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to lift, squat, stand for long periods, and perform manual tasks
• Experience in framing carpentry or manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret engineered drawings
• Positive attitude, good attendance, and motivation to learn
