Join our team by applying today!Responsibilities:The Quality Assurance Consultant provides quality management for information systems using the standard methodologies, techniques, and metrics for assuring product quality and key activities in quality management. This individual is responsible for performing the following tasks:Establishing capable processes, monitoring and control of critical processes and product mechanisms for feedback of performance, implementing effective root cause analysis and corrective action system, and continuous process improvement;Providing strategic quality plans in targeted areas of the organization;Providing QA strategies to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established industry standards, government regulations, and customer requirements; andDeveloping and implementing life cycle and QA methodologies and educating, and implementing QA metrics.Develop and document test cases, testing plans and procedures in an agile environmentDevelop, execute and coordinate IT software tests and evaluate results to ensure compliance with applicable regulationsDesign and prepare all needed test data. Reviews test results and evaluates for conformance to designDevelop and maintain automated regression and integration test plans for validationCommunicate test results and feedback with business and IT stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline is required.Eight (8) years of experience as an analyst/tester on software projects in supporting requirement analysis, application test script development and execution.Five (5) years of experience in mapping the business and technical requirements into test cases and generating test scripts.Five (5) years of practical experience in using relational databases and generating SQL scripts is required.Five (5) years of experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and users.Capable of triaging change requests, incidents during all phases of design, development, testing and training using tracking tools such as VersionOne or Jira.Practical knowledge in manual and automated testing, 508 compliance, performance, UAT, Unit, regression and integration testing.Experience with automated testing and automated testing tools.Experience in testing Web application, Mobile application in a cross platform and browser environment.Experience in testing Java, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, JMeter.Why You Will Love Interclypse:You want to work for an adaptive company that moves at your speed.You want a healthy work-life balance.You want to work with a passionate team on an important mission.You want to work for an organization that values and appreciates you.You want to work for an organization that invests in your growth.You want the option for career mentorship, both in technology and in business.You value a company with a strong culture of growth and support.Employee Impact Program:Every employee has the opportunity to be rewarded for the contributions they can make toward the long-term health of the company, our customers, and employees.
