Enrollment Counselor

Villanova University is hiring an Enrollment Counselor. This role involves proactively recruiting students for various degree and certificate programs within the College of Professional Studies (CPS) through outreach and communication via multiple channels, guiding applicants through the admission process, evaluating qualifications, and supporting recruitment events and enrollment strategies. Highlights Recruit prospective students for CPS programs using Slate CRM and various communication methods including phone, email, live chat, and text messaging. Assess applications and make admission recommendations in consultation with associate and senior admissions directors. Assist with planning and executing recruitment activities such as open houses, information sessions, and student visits. Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and guiding applicants through admissions and enrollment. Maintain and update admissions website content and publications. Oversee the transition of newly admitted students to academic programs and advising teams to ensure smooth registration. Required to have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant admissions or enrollment experience. Strong knowledge of CPS programs, experience recruiting adult learners, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, preferably Slate. Salary range is $52,000 to $65,100, with final pay based on qualifications and budget considerations.
