Hospice Admissions Nurse: Compassionate Care

Vestavia Hills, AL

Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN Admissions Nurse in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. You will be the face of hospice care, helping families understand their options during vulnerable times. Your responsibilities include visiting patients to assess eligibility for hospice services and guiding them through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license, strong assessment skills, and at least one year of nursing experience.
