Quanex is looking for a CNC Operator – Night Shift to join our team located in  St. Cloud, Minnesota.

If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results, this role offers the opportunity to build your skills on a variety of specialized equipment. As a CNC Operator, you'll set up, operate, and inspect CNC’s, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Salary: $20.90-$32.85 per hour (rate includes 12% shift differential), starting wage varies based on your experience

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm-3:00am

Work Hours if overtime is required: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm-5:00am, Friday, 2:30pm-8:00pm

What Success Looks Like:

• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Monitors product to ensure that quality standards are being met.
• Set-Up, operate, and verify work on assigned machine.
• Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to the position.
• Ability to train others as requested.
• Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.

What You Bring:

• High School or equivalent education, required.
• 6 months+ of related machine operating experience, preferred.
• Ability to set up machinery and make necessary adjustments to the program
• Ability to read prints and measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform detailed work that requires high levels of concentration.
• Bringing a positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.
