Our agency has proudly served the community since 1996 and is led by an experienced agent who previously worked as a Territory Manager with State Farm. With a small, close-knit team of two plus the agent, we offer a welcoming, family-oriented environment where relationships, communication, and teamwork truly matter. Outside of work, family is a central priority - Rich is married with three kids and is a graduate of New York University. Giving back is an important part of who we are. Our agency supports local Little League programs, homeless outreach efforts, and high school initiatives, staying actively connected to the community we serve. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
