Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) technologies were originally designed for older, high-risk patients. Today, younger, more active patients need a better solution that will not just open and close but restore healthy heart function. We seek to restore healthy blood flow patterns by creating the world’s first biomimetic TAVR valve, DurAVR® THV. This cutting-edge valve, incorporating our proprietary ADAPT® anti-calcification technology, is designed to mimic the natural function of a healthy heart valve.

We are actively building talent pipelines for individuals with experience in medical device manufacturing, tissue processing, cleanroom operations, inspection, sterilization, sewing, assembly, and manufacturing support. Opportunities may range from entry-level manufacturing roles to highly specialized technical positions supporting complex biologic and catheter-based technologies.

Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in regulated manufacturing environments. Experience supporting FDA-regulated, ISO-compliant, or cleanroom manufacturing operations is highly valued.

Compensation for roles within this talent community varies based on specialization, technical expertise, and level.

This posting may support hiring across various production/manufacturing levels. Anticipated base salary ranges are generally as follows:

• Medical Sewers - I, II, Sr: $24 - $30 /hr
• Tissue Operators - I, II, Sr: $22 - $28 /hr
• Quality Control Inspectors - I, II, Sr: $26 - $30 /hr
• Manufacturing Technicians - I, II, Sr: $22 - $35 /hr

Eligible positions may also participate in annual incentive and equity programs.
