The VPSE will also be the primary architect of strategies to improve student retention, persistence, and graduation outcomes, ensuring that all students are connected to the necessary resources to thrive. Candidates for the VPSE position at the company should have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, with a Ph.D. or Ed.D. strongly preferred, and a significant record of progressive leadership in student affairs.
