About the Position

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Mammo Tech for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you’ll perform specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in patients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited radiology or mammography program.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography (ARRT) (M) certification, or registry eligible with obligation to obtain ARRT (M) registration within one year from date of hire. Registry eligible candidates must provide a copy of diploma from accredited program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• Experience performing a wide range of mammography procedures with demonstrated accuracy and quality.
• Experience providing compassionate patient care, including procedure explanation and patient comfort measures.
• Availability for a weekday day shift. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday. Shift details: Days. Shift specifics: M-F 8:30am - 5pm. Alternative posted schedule: Mon – Fri: 7:30am - 4:45pm; candidate must be able to accommodate scheduled hours as required by the clinic.
