This will include evaluating make vs buy evaluations for applications, and being capable of integrating 3P applications or developing bespoke Palantir applications that will enable best in class systems integrations, automation, and AI insights and allow our operations to continue our rapid scaling. This implementation will build on the foundation of our existing systems including NetSuite, Arena, Jira, and our home-grown MES. You will partner closely with peers on the business systems team and cross-functional stakeholders including the supply chain and in-house production teams to understand their pain points and leverage your expertise in best practices to develop solutions that drive productivity, scalability, and profitability.How You'll Make an Impact:Collaborate with business stakeholders including production, supply chain, quality, planning, and engineering to conduct thorough problems and needs assessmentsConduct make vs buy decisions to best meet the companies needsManage 3P implementation projects by driving stakeholder engagement, defining project requirements, setting development milestones, and holding our development partners accountable for on-time deliverablesDevelop and implement applications and tools within Palantir's product suite to optimize material flow, ECOs, production scheduling, factory execution, and qualityHelp integrate new data sources while maintaining the Palantir ontologyConduct regular meetings and generate reports on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones to ensure all stakeholders are well-informedSolicit and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement across systemsWhat Makes You a Good Fit:Experience as an implementation lead for Palantir Foundry or similar productsWorking level knowledge of SQL, Python, and Java to support building and reviewing customized applications and data pipelinesHave deep knowledge of operations and manufacturing systems and processes, including MES, MRP and PLMDeep understanding of best practices for defining data structures and building data pipelines to support long term, scalable applicationsDeep understanding of hardware and manufacturing business processesAbility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements and to make decisions in ambiguityEffective interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with business stakeholders and third party developersAbility to prioritize tasks against competing development schedules to maximize effectivenessExcellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skillsAbility to identify and address challenges proactivelyObtaining FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment is strongly encouraged for all Skydio employees and required for certain positions.Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of options, comprehensive benefits, and various incentives and stipends. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $219,000*.
