TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Gallatin, Tennessee, 37066!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surge Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 1+ years License: RN license required for Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH Must-Have: - Highly motivated - Teamwork - Customer service Description: Providing quality health care for over 60 years. Employs more than 1,000 employees and 300 physicians. Fully accredited and governed by a local board of trustees. The facility is a 167-bed healthcare facility with Level III Trauma Center status. Mandatory state-specific background checks will be performed. All clinical staff must be checked against the state abuse registry prior to the start date. Patient population includes geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients aged 13 and older. Unit consists of 23 beds with patient ratios of 4-6:1. EHR system utilized is Meditech. Supervisor available on site. Common diagnoses and treatments include postoperative joints, postoperative bariatric surgery, and trauma patients. The ideal candidate will have good assessment skills, be hardworking, and be willing to ask questions. Must demonstrate kindness and compassion in patient care. Scrub color is flexible, but T-shirts must display a hospital logo. Acrylic nails are not permitted.
